Potato Bake

~*Ingredients*~
Six big potatoes sliced
~depending on big your dish is
300ml or 600ml thickened cream ~again depending the size of your dish
(300ml does about the size of a loaf tin, 600ml does a lasagne dish)
1 onion chopped
4 rashers of bacon diced
2 cloves of garlic (or more if you like)
mixed herbs
grated cheese
~*Method*~
Open the cream. Pour a little on to bottom of the dish (just adds room in the bottle). Add garlic and herbs to cream bottle. Replace lid and shake
Place a layer of potato on bottom of dish.
Sprinkle some bacon, onion and cheese on potato
Place another layer potato, then onion, bacon, cheese.
Repeat until your near the top of the dish.
Pour the cream over then cover with cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
